Children under 15 and individuals who have contributed to the Revolution enjoy free admission. Additionally, the cost for incense ceremonies is 600,000 VND per group, and tour guide services range from 300,000 VND per guide.

Co Loa Citadel can be visited year-round, but the best time is during the summer months when the citadel is adorned with the vibrant colors of crape myrtle and phoenix flowers. For a more authentic experience, you can also visit on the 1st, 6th, 11th, 16th, 21st, or 26th days of each lunar month to attend the Sa Market. This traditional market has a long history and operates only five days a month, from 5 AM to 11 AM, along the main road leading into the citadel.
