8:00 AM: Departure

Meet up with Hanoi Bike Tour guide at your hotel. A short briefing about the bikes such as how to change the speed drivetrain then . He or She also gives information about the biking trail you can try to test our bikes riding for some rounds before starting your outdoor adventure.

8:30: Banana Island and Guava Farm

Commence your day excursion with a cycling journey along the Red River dyke, traversing the iconic Long Bien Bridge, once hailed as a pinnacle of French colonial engineering prowess. Following the river crossing, pedal along the dyke for several kilometers before veering onto a quaint biking trail weaving through fields of popcorn, vegetables, and orchards, immersing yourself in the serene embrace of nature's wilderness. After approximately two hours of cycling, you'll reach Bat Trang village, nestled in the northern outskirts of Vietnam, a mere 13 kilometers southeast of Hanoi's bustling center, situated on the opposite bank of the Red River. Renowned for its exquisite ceramic and pottery craftsmanship, Bat Trang village beckons with its array of high-quality ceramic products.

12:30 PM: Lunch Time

Lunch will be provided in a local restaurant in town

Village walking tour:

You will have a short walk to visit the village, discovering the village ceramic market, the Bat Trang temple, Bat Trang communal house. Discover real life as you walk through tiny alleys that furrow continuously right and left. Before taking the ride back, you stop by a local workshop where you learn all the steps of making a pottery. You have the opportunity to make your own pottery before saying good-bye your “teacher” and enjoy two more hours cycling back to Hanoi.

5:00 PM: return

Conclude the journey by cycling to 128 Yen Hoa, Yen Phu, Tay Ho district to return the bicycles. From there, transportation will be arranged to take the group back to the hotel.
